XML Setting SOPAAction

Hi All,

I am trying to figure out how to set the SOAPAction for a web request.
I can get it to work in Postman.

URL is
http://uat.wwex.com:8090/webServices/services/SpeedFreightShipment

Headers in Postman are
SOAPAction                        --
Content-Type                    text/xml

I have tried in RPG
  // Set Path For Response
    rc = http_post_stmf( RateURLTest
                       : %Trim(RequestFile)
                       : %Trim(ResponseFile)
                       : HTTP_TIMEOUT
                       : HTTP_USERAGENT
                       : 'text/xml'
                       : '--');

And

    Clear HttpMsg;
    Clear HttpErrNum;
    Clear HttpStatus;

       // How do it set it to --?
    http_setOption('SOAPAction': soapaction);

    Monitor;

      http_stmf('POST'
               : RateURLTest
               : ResponseFile
               : RequestFile
               : 'text/xml');

    On-Error;
      HttpMsg = http_error(HttpErrNum : HttpStatus );
    EndMon;


When I run it just sits there.  Not much of anything in the log.

I know I have something simple wrong but missing it.
