I agree with Scott - your request as such does not make sense. Any RPG program can perform CRUD operations via native I/O or SQL.

Open Access is only really applicable when you need to deal with I/O devices that are not natively supported by RPG e.g. Web Services, Browsers, IFS files, etc.
