I'd like to be able to really fix the batch program (e.g. eliminate primary
file & RPG level breaks, unnamed EXCEPTs, Sys/36 flat files), but that's
not in the cards right now.

I'll:
1. Add INFSR(*PSSR) to the batch program
2. Have the interactive program interdict these duplicate keys when the
user can still easily resolve them
