Charles, I understand your confusion, but 0100C is what that SQL statement
returns to indicate success.

Birgitta Hauser, you pointed me in the right direction. For reasons
unknown, I had two different cursor names for the same cursor. I fixed the
two that were erroneously "CSR", and now it works. Thank you
