*MENU = *DSPF + *MSGF - so we can continue to maintain/build 
green-screen menus without SDA, even if it's removed. It would be nice 
to have *MENU support within RDi, though. (But  I doubt this will ever 
happen.) Note SEU and PDM are not on the list - now that WOULD cause a 
rumpus <grin>.

(I confess I have a fondness for FCMU and AFPU, simple but very 
effective. Yes - there are better alternatives ....)
