of course, that info is included in the OBJECT_LOCK_INFO view:

   select system_object_name, object_type, lock_state, lock_status, job_name
   from qsys2.object_lock_info
   where system_object_name = 'YOURLIB'
   and object_type = '*LIB';

A held *SHRRD lock on a library is a sign, that it's in the library List of that job.
