There is nothing confidential about lists of PTFs that they will tell you
to install for security purposes. The PTFs are public information at the
www.ibm.com/iseries website (somewhere in there, I think under support) you
can find a list of "Integrity" PTFs. IBM has always strongly advised that
integrity and HIPER PTFs be installed on all systems.

Through IGS, I believe (please don't quote me), you can sign up for a
service that pushes this information to you rather than you having to look
for it.
