Reference manual is both online and can be ordered.

not familiar - these are a great resource

I would suggest you get your company to send you to the next Common 
Conference
www.common.org  this fall - many sessions on Security (as well as everything 
else iSeries..)
or the IBM iSeries Technical Conference
