I have noticed that Option 14 on the PCM menu (Backflush Production
Receipts) provides a warning message if a user tries a backflush issue that
will cause negative input item availabilities.  Has anyone run across a flag
that will allow us to see a similar warning message through Option 13 on the
MKS menu (Operator Booking)?
