A solution I have seen is to use your fax software to pick up the spool file generated by printing the PO immediately upon completion. You will get one PO per spool file if you do this. You can use the same principle with the amend PO functionality too. A call to the supplier would be courteous. You may insert the appropriate OPTIO command into the entry or amend program's CL to do this.
