Greg,

ASP is Application Service Provider.  I think that GEAC did offer System 21
in this format in partnership with a company called ASI based in the Detroit
Area.  The AS400 was hosted by a company called Birbee based near Chicago.

I saw this operation when I visited the States a couple of years ago, but
I'm not sure if its still running.
