Yes possible, yes painful. You'll need to write-off (adjust-out) all lot controlled inventory in stockrooms, distribution centers (DRP), and shop floor. Then change the lot flags to 'N', and then write-up (adjust-in) the old balances. I'm not sure if you'll need to change any history records. Ray
