[SYSTEM21] Inventory Management: Tran96 = V

Hello,

We use proof of delivery confirmation and I've discovered that the sum
of movement cost for tran95/95 = V does not balance between INP95 &
INP96.  INP96 has more transactions and a greater movement cost total.  

I fed the same selection criteria of period and company across both
files.
