vb .net and dataqueue question

I have a vb application that receive requests and performs actions based on
those requests. For example, a user may want to access a web site, so my
program would build the URL and pass it to the dataqueue program that would
open the website. 

 

Here is the code to wait and get the request.

 

data = sc.FromBytes(DQRead.Read(okey, cwbx.cwbdqSearchOrderEnum.cwbdqEqual,
-1))

 

The problem I am having is that when this code is waiting for a request, I
cant do anything on the forms that are opened.

 

Has anyone done anything like this and know how to work around it? 

 

(RUNRMTCMD and STRPCCMD cant be used due to varies issue.)
