Here's one somewhat whacked shortcut for opening a member (while we wait for an enhancement from IBM, or a plugin from someone else):

Select Search iSeries...

For the Search String, type in something that you know will be found in the member that you want to open. If it's an RPG member, 'C' will work. A single blank space will work for pretty much anything.

In the Target box, type in the Library, File and Member.

Click Search.

Since you limited your search to one member, only that member should appearn in the results. Double click on any of the source statement tree nodes to open the member in the editor.
