How about making the rest of your product free so I don't have to wait for Aldon to get their CMS product up to par :-) Aaron Bartell -----Original Message----- From: Mark Phippard [mailto:MarkP@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, July 02, 2003 10:44 AM To: Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries Subject: Re: [WDSCI-L] TurnOver for WebSphere is here Craig, Thanks for the endorsement! I just wanted to point out that the spooled file support that you mention was designed so that it could be used by anyone, even if they do not have TurnOver. It is available as a free download from our web site. http://www.softlanding.com/websphere/index.htm So anyone using WDSC that wants to be able to access spooled files can do so by downloading and installing this plugin. Thanks again. Even though I don't do web development, the plug-ins still give me superior speed and change management in WDSC. I find it much faster than the RSE at getting to members since they are grouped in tasks. It is IBM's recommended ADM upgrade. Sets up library lists, manages projects, etc all from WDSC. WDSC does not allow manipulating spooled files yet. But, the TurnOver plug-ins allow viewing, editing, and saving spooled files (similar to Operations Navigator). I don't think anything else gives this functionality yet. I am still impressed with TurnOver's aggressive commitment to improving the change management cycle, supporting new technology, and excellent customer support. They allowed me to be part of the early release for testing and they actively listened to my suggestions and questions. I think TurnOver is a must-have for all iSeries developers.
