I don't know why it can't find UTC.war, but if you dont' use the Universal
Test Client (UTC) (which I'm assuming it is trying to load) you can disable
it. When you bring up the test environment it won't attempt to start. To
disable it, double-click on the server under 'Server Configurations' in the
Server Configuration view to open it's properties. Clear the check box
labelled 'Enable universal test client'. If you don't see 'Server
Configurations' in the Server Configuration view, click on the small down
arrow next to the X in the title bar and select Advanced. I usually clear
this check box. It saves a few milli-seconds bringing up the test server.

You could also try deleting the server configuration and creating a new
one.

Can anyone help me with the following problem. I try to start the default
test server and I get a failure message telling me that the UTC.war is
missing. I reinstalled the product and didn't allow any spaces in the
install as I was advised that this may be the error, but to no avail, can
anyone help me ?
