Mike,

If you are using WDSCi version 4 then you are out of luck. You have only two
choices: (1) Upgrade to version 5 or (2) use code/400 on large source
members. There appears to be a bug in the save routine in Lpex on version 4.
I have not experienced any problems with saving large source members using
version 5.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Lock up when editing RPG/ILE source

I am having a problem, especially with larger source members. Quite often
while I am editing a source member, the LPEX editor will appear to lock up,
with the cursor flashing to an hour glass. A couple of times it never came
back and I had to end the program. It also seems to happen after I have
saved the member. It looks like it is either re-color coding the source or
trying to validate it.

Is there something I can turn off so that this does not happen? I am
trying to demonstrate to the other developers here that this is a stable
environment to work on instead of SEU, but I am not having a lot of luck.
