[WDSCI-L] Database connection problem

I'm using wdsc v5.0 and am having a real problem trying to do a database
connection.
This is everything I entered and I cannot get the "finish" button to become
in focus.  

Connection name: CON1
Database: SAMPLE
Userid: my as400 userid 
Password: my as400 pwd 
Database vendor type: DB2 UDB for iSeries, V5R1
JDBC driver: AS400 Toolbox for Java JDBC Driver
Host: name of my AS400 
Port Number: Blank
Server name and Databse Location: grayed 
JDBC driver class: grayed out, but contains
com.ibm.as400.access.AS400JDBCDriver
Class location:
D:\wdsc\iseries\eclipse\plugins\com.ibm.etools.iseries.toolbox_5.0.0\runtime
\jt400.jar 
Connection URL: grayed out, but contains jdbc:as400://AS400 host name
  Anything I try to change I still cannot get the "finish" button to become
in focus.  Any help in solving this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
