This is an Eclipse-level problem. Here are some details on plans to resolve it in 3.0. I have some JSP files containing Shift-JIS data. They work just fine (even in the WTE!), but I cannot edit them in WDSC. WDSC thinks they are ISO-8859-1, and will not allow the Shift-JIS characters to be written to the file. Suggestions?
