Take care.

To set a default library list, right-click on the iSeries Objects
subsystem under your connection and click Properties. Then choose the
Initial Library List section and add the libraries you want in your list.
I do not think changes you make take effect unless you disconnect and
reconnect.

You can also perform library list manipulations after you are connected by
running commands or programs that alter the library list.

I realize this is probably a very simple question but I'm trying to figure
out WDSCI on my own basically from scratch.

I have muddled my way through installing the product and basically setting
up filters and such on my PC connecting to our iSeries. I'm able to get to
and edit our source code just fine. I've set up a Library list in WDSCI
with what should be the appropriate libraries on our system under iSeries
Objects in WDSCI. My problem comes when I try to compile a program, I get
"External file definition for (file name here) not found" for every file
in the program. I can compile this program from the PDM with this same
library list just fine.

What part of the settings in WDSCI am I missing?
