Why do you care?  If Eclipse (and, by inheritance, WDSC) does a 
incremental compile when you save a source file, and it fails, then it 
fails.  There's no major impact to your work.  You can continue to code 
and fix bugs ... when the source is fixed, the compile will succeed.

FWIW: I usually do a save after I've made enough changes to a source 
file where it's usually USEFUL to do a incremental compile.
