Just for everybody else's information, I worked with Phil on this, as it
turns out the fix was pretty easy.
Here is what I suggested after seeing the complete console log we
determined  the problem was the project not being built.

Can you check under workbench preferences that the check box for  "Perform
build automatically on resource modification"  is set on.
then change something and try again


or go into the Navigator view, Select the wflabxx project and then select
the Project menu and select Rebuild project.

then try again .
