[WDSCI-L] Web Service Java Bean Wizard - "public default ctor"

I am doing some JavaBean Web Service wizard action today and came across
this error.

I am guessing "ctor" is supposed to be "Actor", and even if it is I
still don't know what it is asking for.  I am following the directions
in 'Developing > Web services > Developing Web services > Tools for Web
services development' to create this web service.  The bean that I
created is very simple and resides in the JavaSource folder of a
WebProject.

        private String xml = "";
        
        CSORequest(){   
        }
        
        public String process(String x){
                this.xml = x;
                return "Hi there";
        }
}

Any thoughts on what my problem might be?  I have gotten this to work
before but I don't remember the exact motions I went through to
accomplish it.
