This is something that I have been throwing around for awhile, but I
can't determine the need for it. When I do a WebServices -> Deploy As
WebService on a .java file I get two WSDL files generated in my
WebContent folder.

/WebContent/WEB-INF/wsdl/myfile.wsdl
/WebContent/wsdl/com/mycompany/xml/myfile.wsdl

Since both are accessible from the context root I am not sure which is
being used when I deploy this, or if they are both being used.

Thoughts?
