I've seen it. Basically it uses SEU and your 5250 screen and makes SEU look a little prettier. For the longest time IBM couldn't fathom a reason why anyone would want to have code indentation on free format code (duh) yet this tool could do it, and lots of other things too. It kind of overlaid the 5250 screen with colored lines etc giving you a visual representation of subroutines, loops, etc.
It would take a little enlightening to see the point of making a plug in for this into WDSC.
