If nothing else, try going to your connection properties then click the
"iSeries Commands" tab.  You have a spot there for calling an initial
command.  You could put together a CL to change your library list exactly
how you want it then put a call to that program as the initial command.

It will get run every time you connect using that connection.

Is there a way to make WDSC refresh your library list automatically when 
it starts up?

I'm referring to the libl that's listed under 
Connection->iSeriesObjects->Library List

When I go home for the day, or I have to close WDSC for some reason, and 
come back into it, the library list filter is no longer in sync with what 
my library list is on the actual machine.

When I have to exit WDSC for some reason, and come back later, the library 
list in the Remote Systems window still shows the one I changed it to, but 
the actual libl used on the iSeries has reverted to the one in my job 
description.

I have to manually right-click and choose refresh in order for it to 
reflect what my library list actually is.
