Hmmm. My directory name is longer (C:\mywdscworkspace) but that's about it.
OK, I'll try the install again with a shorter workspace directory name, as
the only other thing that could be different are the installation options.

This was not a migration, but I didn't use the default directories,
either.  On the 5.1.2 machine I used folders C:\WSSD and C:\WDSC for the
install (I hate the C:\Program Files structure).  One of these is the
default (C:\WDSC, I think) while one isn't.
