In the Remote Systems window, under "iSeries Objects" right client and choose "Verify Connection". It should check to see that the appropriate PTFs are installed, and if not, tell you what's missing...

Host PTF missing. The requested function is not available.

Where would I look to find out which PTFs are missing? I used the
communication daemon to check PTFs, and it says all PTFs are there. Thanks
in advance.
