LOL - you don't need to be "nice" to IBM support. Give it at least a 2 severity - a 1 means your system is down, IIRC. You can change the severity on the web - and that is my preferred means of reporting problems, too. No waiting with my head cricked over holding the phone on my shoulder.

We have found a work around. It would seem that the uninstaller left some

We were then able to update as designed.

To answer Michael Quigley's question, sort of. I initiated contact with IBM
to start the PMR. To this moment, I have received a message that an IBM
representative will contact me within 48 hours. I reported it has a
non-critical issue.

Have either of you opened a PMR on it? If you're on Support you should do
whatever it takes to open the PMR. IBM will both work to get the problem
fixed for you and (if it's inherent in WDSc) that will make it a better
product for all.

I never got any answers. I can no longer use WDSCi even after I
unistalled and reloaded.

We have been experiencing the same problems as Cheri. I found the thread
but
did not see a solution. I just joined this mailing list so I may have
missed
it.

Please advise.

Thank you in advance for your time.
