LOL - you don't need to be "nice" to IBM support. Give it at least a 2 
severity - a 1 means your system is down, IIRC. You can change the severity 
on the web - and that is my preferred means of reporting problems, too. No 
waiting with my head cricked over holding the phone on my shoulder.
