Were you launching CODE from within WDSc/RSE ?  That's the only time I have
encountered this.

If I remember correctly - it is the Hosts file that it needs to access.  If
you look at the file you'll see that RSE adds an entry that begins with R0
followed by the connection name.

If you just launch CODE or CODE Designer directly this doesn't happen.
