I'm currently running WDSCi at version 5.1.2.4.  I was wanting to load the 
5.1.2.5 update.  When I select Help -> Software Updates -> New Updates, I 
get an "Problem Occurred" window saying: 
Unable to access 
"http://www3.software.ibm.com/ibmdl/pub/software/websphere/iseries/wdsc512/update";.
  Error parsing site stream. [The XML stream is not a valid default 
"site.xml" file. The root tag is not site.]

It will not allow me to access the update.

What can I do?
