Violaine, you just said what I've often thought when looking at posts on this and other lists - when something is clearly a bug, call IBM Support first. This list is not official, it cannot help with bugs, unless the good folks like you happen to see it.

IBM Support is superb, once you get past the initial contact, at any rate. And if you don't want to sit on the phone getting a crick in your neck, use the online system, which is wonderful, in my experience.

Even if the question is not a bug but a how-to, often IBM Support is the best place to go. (This list can also be very helpful in these cases.) But I've had an IBMer sit with me for a long time, until I got electronic support set up properly. That's what they do, make use of the maintenance you have paid for.

In general, you get what you pay for. This list costs nothing to us, due to David's generosity, et al. You get a lot more from it a lot more than it costs you. But IBM Support, if you have paid for it, is the best bargain you will ever find. This is not to say that it is perfect. But I have only good to say most of the time.

This comment is not pointed at anyone - it is general in nature. The originator of this thread knows all this, as do many of us. The community feel of this list is so good that it leads us, sometimes, to think that it is the best place to go. This is, IMO, a misperception.

Hi Jon,

I've reproduced the problem, and I've opened APAR SE21507 to track the
problem.
I encourage yourself and any others to report any problems found in the CL
prompter and WDSc via official support channels (we don't always read the
mailing list every day)

thanks,
