WDSC comes with a XML editor - SEU doesn't.
WDSC will allow you to edit source stored in the IFS.  SEU doesn't.  But 
I'll bet I know what your managers response to that will be.

Had a developer here waste 45 minutes with SEU on a cl program.  WDSC's 
coloration quickly pointed out to me that what he thought was being used 
was actually a comment.
