I've been having the same problem on one member. I noticed that every time I open WDSC (and now WDSC Lite) my member list on the file has been wrong. The member that will not open was duplicated on the list with an extension of .*blank in addition to the .rpgle member.
I have refreshed the list to correct it before opening and still get the same error. I cleared the cache, closed and reopened, the member list is still incorrect, and I still get the error.
I even deleted my filter and created a new one, and I get the error. This is most perplexing. I can open the other members in the file.
