I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I'm just not understanding it.

In the New RPG Procedure Wizard, there are useful looking options for adding
Main Procedures and Programs. However neither option seems to work correctly
- a subprocedure is always created, even though one is not needed is these
cases. I would expect adding a program just to create the prototype, and
adding a main procedure just to create the prototype and the procedure
interface (on the global d-specs).

Also is there any way of controlling where the prototype is generated. It
always appears after the last global d-spec. In my shop the standard is for
prototypes to appear at the start of the d-specs. An option to insert at the
current cursor position would be useful.

Chris.
