Thanks for the reply Violaine - unfortunately I already performed the uninstall/reinstall. I am saving your recent replies for future reference though! We just upgraded our old 170 to a new System i5 520, and I have to say that I have been blown away by the speed improvement this has caused within RSE. Good work - I can actually use RSE now!
