Using content assist to fill out the argument list of a prototyped call, 
available constants are not offered.  Should they be?  For example:

d aConstant                c                                        '1'
d proto                            pr
d  arg1                                                        1a    const
c                                 callp        proto( )


Invoking content assist in the argument list of the proto call, aConstant is 
not offered as an identifier to use as an argument.  Compatible variables are, 
but it would be nice if constants were offered in the list.
