If you are in 5.1.2, you need to use the "Clear all service entry point for
" drop down (the one in the upper right corner of the Service Entry Point
view) to clear the service entry point.  Then set it again.  By just remove
it and then reset it would not work.

I didn't try Gregory's option, because the Activation Group is determined
by the self-constructed compile-command and I won't change that

  Try compiling your
program with the following parameter changes:

DFTACTGRP(*NO)
ACTGRP(*NEW)
