Source menu gone

I apologize for reposting, but I haven't gotten a response, and I'm
hoping it just didn't get noticed by the IBM crew.  

This may just be a coincidence, but I recently installed the newest
Softlanding Plugins for Rational.  I am on the latest fixpack.  I
started noticing after this that my source menu was gone for every new
RPGLE(really the only one I have tested) member I create.  On programs
that already existed, the source menu is there.  
However even when it is there, I cannot do a prompt on a source line.  

I have uninstalled the turnover plugins, and have created a new
workspace, but I'm still having these issues.  Rational is basically
unusable at this point.  Short of uninstalling is there anything I can
try?
