Steve,

I have had similar problems with mine but found it to be our spy blocker 
software which wouldnt allow the lmhosts file to be updated. Code and Designer 
require this when launched from WDSCi.

More on our problems, I have found that I can use CODE designer and VARPG by 
taking them straight from their folder but not thru WDSC, I found some stuff on 
the error message we have been getting and it says that Citrix is probably the 
culprit. Its a little more fiddley but at least I can use them.
