Content-assist for constants?

Hi group,

Is it just me, or does content assist only offer fields when used on a 
procedure?

When I type in my procedure name, followed by the opening parenthesis, 
then press Ctrl-Space, I get a list of fields only, even though I 
specified the procedure parameters as CONST.

Is this normal behaviour or am I doing something wrong?

When using content assist in an other statement (an Eval for instance), 
the constants are there.

FWIW, I'm on Version: 3.0.2 Build id: 200503110845 with all updates 
(installed the latest eFix on Monday).
