Many WDSCi functions use the remote-command server to call programs and APIs 
and run commands.  Each invocation is logged (message CPF5C61) by the server in 
its (QZRCSRVS) job log.  The result is very large job logs for the 
remote-command server jobs.  Is it possible to turn off request logging by the 
remote command server?
