Can anyone who knows the WDSC XML tools better confirm or correct this?


I think the thing to keep in mind is that WDSC can be used to generate MANY
things including things that have zero to do with Websphere (other than
Websphere Development Studio Client was used to create it).  For example you
can create RPG programs exclusively in WDSC, yet it has nothing to do with
Websphere in reality/runtime.  In that same breath, RPG can interoperate
with things in Websphere Application Server (i.e. Servlets).
