Has anyone been able to get this tip from IT Jungle to work?

It promises to allow *EVENTF-type feedback to be returned to WDSC for
commands like CRTPGM and CRTSRVPGM, which is something that I would find
very useful.  However, I've been trying to get it to work for a while now
without luck.

I also tried to get the provided CRTMOD examples to work with no
modifications on my part and had no luck with those either.
