The RSE tree...say there has been a new member added to QRPGLESRC since
I last open WDSC when the workspace is opened the new member is not in
the tree under QRPGLESRC until I refresh.

Um, "Re-open to previous state" should do the exact opposite ... it
should open up the tree to the state it was in prior to shutdown.

I just stopped & started WDSC 6 on my system and it reopened my member
filter to the same place it was before I shut down.

Um, are you talking about the RSE TREE, or the actual source member that
was previously open?
