I didn't think that STRRSESRV was required to debug using SEPs (Service 
Entry Points).  One of the things I like most about SEPs is that I don't 
have to have a 5250 session reserved for debugging - I just go to my usual 
session and run the program as I normally would (which is often from a 
menu in my case).

You can also right-click on iSeries Objects, then choose Remote Servers -> 
Debug -> Start.
