Could you please use WRKOBJPDM command in your 5250 session to see if that 
particular program is OPM or ILE?  If RSE consider this program is OPM, it 
will put up this message.

[WDSCI-L] Cannot set SEP on non-ILE






One of our developers is trying to set an SEP on a CLLE program and is
receiving a message "Cannot set service entry point on non-ILE program
x".  It works fine for me.
