Charles- Have you already used the IBM Packaging Utility that came
with the WDSC CDs?

These are the steps I took:

1) I installed the IBM Packaging Utility on my PC.

2) I used the IBM Packaging Utility to create a WDSC repository on my
local hard drive. Initially only the WDSC portion of the CDs were loaded
into the local repository.

3) I downloaded the WDSC fix pack from IBM

4) I used the Packaging Utility to load the fix pack into the same
local repository.

5) I FTPed the repository to the IFS.

6) I configured the HTTP server to serve up the repository folder.

7) I Made sure the global variable for the WDSC version in my silent
install script is updated to reflect the new version.

HTH,

Sarah
