My answer is to use Eclipse 3.2 with Eclipse RCP and "borrow" the iseries 
toolbox plugin from WDSc.
WDSC does not include the Eclipse source so that limits WDSCi capabilities 
to develop Eclipse plugins and Eclipse RCP applications.
